Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions renew, how to cancel, and when refunds apply. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions and renewal

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, and renew automatically each month on the anniversary of your subscription until you cancel. Each renewal authorizes a charge to your payment method on file for the then-current plan price.

2. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from your account's billing page, or by emailing support@jujugeo.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it will not renew.

3. Refunds

Because the Service is delivered continuously, monthly charges are generally non-refundable, including for partial months after cancellation. We may, at our discretion, issue a refund or credit in cases such as a duplicate charge, a billing error on our part, or a documented service failure that prevented you from using the Service.

4. Refund requests

To request a refund, email support@jujugeo.com within thirty (30) days of the charge, including your account email and the charge date. We review requests promptly. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment processor; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

5. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and will mark the subscription past due. If payment is not completed, we may suspend or downgrade access until the balance is resolved. You remain responsible for amounts owed for periods during which the Service was available to you.

6. Price changes

If we change a plan's price, the new price applies from your next renewal after we provide notice. You may cancel before the renewal if you do not agree to the new price.
